How much does delivery cost?

Delivery charges will vary and will depend on the product, weight, size and delivery location. The cost is automatically calculated when you add items to the shopping basket.

How long will I wait for my delivery?

Depending on availability, If it is a local delivery ie us delivering your order, we will be in contact to organise a convenient time. If it is a non local delivery it will be dispatched with Ether DX Freight or Royal Mail, depending on the order, DX will be dispatched with a Three day tracked service and Royal Mail will be dispatched with a 48 hour tracked service, and will be dispatche the next working day. If you order a product that is not in stock or is on back order we will not make the delivery until everything on your order is in and available, Please be aware pvc is in a world wide shortage at the moment, and products may take more time than expected to be replenished.

Do you offer NEXT DAY delivery?

We currently offer next day delivery on certain brands, and only if everything is in stock and depending where it is being delivered. We will be in contact to notify you when we will be delivering you order if its a local delivery. If you have a particular item that you require quicker than the guide on our website, please contact our sales team on 01626 863366 during office hours, they will be able to confirm whether a quicker delivery is possible.

What if my delivery doesn't turn up on time?

Do you offer FREE Delivery if I spend a substantial amount?

Not as standard, we show the delivery charges separate once you go to the checkout so it is clear what you are paying for the products and delivery costs. If you are ordering larger quantities please contact out sales team who will be able to confirm if this is possible.

Do you deliver on Weekends?

Not as standard, our deliveries are Monday to Friday. If you do need an urgent Saturday delivery please contact our sales team on 01626 863366 during office hours who will be able to confirm. This may incur additional charges.

Do you deliver to Northern Ireland/Channel Islands/The Scottish Highlands/Isle of Wight?

Yes, we do but our transport charges incorporated in the site do not cover these areas, please contact our sales team on 01626 863366 during office hours for costs; or we will contact you to make the additional payment once you have completed your online purchase.

What should I do when my order arrives?

Please check your order as soon as its arrives to ensure it is as requested, and to check for any damage or items missing. All damages/items missing should be reported to the driver and signed for as damaged/and or missing. Please let us know within 24-48 hours with full details to enable us to take action.

How will my order be delivered?

If your order is for a local delivery ie, being delivered by us in our catchment area, we offer kerb side delivery only, our driver will not be expected to carry your order up stairs, ladders or scaffolding. If there is an issue with your order ie. something has arrived in the wrong colour or size or something is missing, this will not be able to be amended the same say/ or until the next availability. If your order delivery address is out of our catchment area it will be delivered ether by DX Freight or Royal Mail and will abide by there delivery terms & conditions.
